Privacy Policy

We understand that your personal information is private and we will therefore treat it with the highest confidentiality and security.

All the information that we gather is to provide you with a better service including email newsletters regarding our services and written content which we think you may find interesting. The only e-mail sent from our website is in response to an initial inquiry that you may send us. As a customer we may send out a twice yearly newsletter to you, which you are very welcome to unsubscribe from at any time. If anything comes to your attention which could potentially be a violation of this policy, please let us know immediately so that we can investigate it and try to correct it.

Any paperwork containing customer details (such as work orders, instructions and invoices) will be kept securely and will not be left on view at any time. Once contracted work is completed, paperwork is archived securely and destroyed after seven years.

You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via our contact form.

When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list. If you are under 16 years of age you MUST obtain parental consent before joining our email newsletter. While your email address remains within the MailChimp database, you will receive periodic newsletter-style emails from us.
