We are looking to take on new staff at various levels to help us maintain and grow our team of friendly professional arborists:

Apprentice

We have successfully trained and developed the skills of newcomers who have joined us to begin their careers in the world of arboriculture. We are currently looking for a new apprentice to join the team. We are able to provide on the job training and experience as well as formal training leading to various certifications and qualifications. If you fancy the challenge of working with trees in a friendly and supportive team, learning new skills and you enjoy outdoor physical work then why not get in touch? You will need to get to and from our yard near Tetsworth each day so your own transport will be essential.

Climbing Arborist

We have opportunities for more experienced climbers able to take on a range of tree work from smaller pruning on ornamental garden specimens to the largest dismantling jobs. Appropriate training and certification is expected but we are willing to help you train to progress further and improve your skillset. The work is varied and interesting and we are keen to hear from you if you are looking for a new opportunity.

Estimator/Manager

A role to suit a more experienced and qualified person, ideally with a good level of climbing experience and arb knowledge, now looking to use this experience to advise clients, assess, cost and plan tree work. Good communication skills are essential as well as a broad understanding of tree surgery contracting.
