We are looking to take on new staff at various levels to help us maintain and grow our team of friendly professional arborists:

Apprentice

We have successfully trained and developed the skills of newcomers who have joined us to begin their careers in the world of arboriculture. We are currently looking for a new apprentice to join the team. We are able to provide on the job training and experience as well as formal training leading to various certifications and qualifications. If you fancy the challenge of working with trees in a friendly and supportive team, learning new skills and you enjoy outdoor physical work then why not get in touch? You will need to get to and from our yard near Tetsworth each day so your own transport will be essential.

Lead Climber/ Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced person to join us as a lead climber / team leader. The work is varied and interesting with a strong emphasis on quality. You will be given all of the resources you need to deliver high quality tree work for a range of clients. You will be part of an experienced team with a good work ethic. You will need to have good climbing and pruning skills and be able to undertake rigging operations. A reasonable knowledge and genuine interest in arboriculture as well as the practical skills will be expected. The successful applicant will need to communicate effectively and work well with others. Experience with MEWPs and cranes would also be an advantage. We are looking for a candidate who is professional, reliable and adaptable to the range of work and clients that we have. The successful applicant will be able to lead a small team and have good communication skills.
