Completing a job knowing I did it to the best of my ability and having a laugh with the lads.

Hedge cutting and washing the trucks.

Avant because it saves a lot of time on jobs its versatility and saves me a lot of heavy lifting.

Anything I am required to do that helps the jobs run smoothly.

Fitness, strength and able to problem solve.
