Tree Felling
It is often necessary to remove trees for a variety of reasons and these operations can require particular skill and expertise as well as specialised machinery.
Typically larger trees in confined spaces will need to be dismantled in pieces. This is sometimes called sectional felling and this involves a tree surgeon lowering parts of the tree to the ground in a safe and controlled manner with specialised rigging techniques and equipment. We have staff who are trained and certificated in these techniques and the best equipment to enable us to work safely and efficiently.

Tree Pruning
It isn’t easy to prune a tree correctly, and bad pruning can unfortunately be very detrimental, often shortening a tree’s lifespan and producing an unsightly and unsafe result. In stark contrast, a well pruned tree is a thing of beauty. It should be balanced and in proportion to it’s surroundings, keeping its natural form and shape enhanced. Stump Removal
Once a tree has been felled you are likely to be left with a stump which may be unsightly or cause a trip hazard in your garden. Stump grinding will remove stumps of any size quickly and conveniently, and they can be ground down to well below surface level. This will make space for replanting or new landscaping, and will also prevent most stumps from regenerating. The mulch-like material that results from grinding stumps can often be composted and recycled within a garden. Alternatively, we can always clear it all away to be recycled at our own yard.
